Stream of Unconsciousness was the fourth cassette album released by Bat Lenny. Actually it was the third cassette, since the first release (Pastoral Pleasantries) was on reel to reel tape. It consists of sounds recorded from 1977 - 1991. The very early recordings were from when we referred to ourselves as Limpid Green.

We were attempting to be too arty for our own good by adding "Spoken Word" to a musical backdrop. Most of the music would have been better off without it. It got pretty silly.

I resisted the temptation to clean up or enhance the audio with modern technology. This represents the sound quality and character of the original DBX cassette master.
